Information we collect

When you place a website order, we collect the contact details, order selections, fulfilment details and notes you provide so the order can be processed. Custom-order and contact enquiries may also be continued through WhatsApp.

How information is used

Order information is used to process payment status, prepare and fulfil the order, contact you about the order, provide support and maintain an operational order record.

Service providers

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. PayFast processes online payments, and payment details entered on PayFast are handled by PayFast rather than stored by SSCreations. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own privacy practices.

Cookies & analytics

No advertising or analytics tracking scripts are included in the current site. Standard technical hosting logs may still be created by the hosting service as part of normal website operation.

Your choices

For a privacy question relating to an SSCreations enquiry, contact us using the WhatsApp details shown on the Contact page.

Standard checkout order records are stored on the SSCreations web server. Custom-order and contact forms that open WhatsApp prepare the message in your browser; selected local reference images are not uploaded to the website by that form.
